As a student here in Novi Sad, this is the only place that works 24/7 in the area and sometimes I was forced to eat here because the student parties are next to it. It was not pleasant even piss drunk

That's not true at all - far from it, that joint is located in SPENS. You're like 100 meters away from Gyro Master and Bubi Grill that also always worked 24/7, at the stadium near the SPENS center. And Boom Boom pancakes are also there, imo the best pancakes in town, and they work until 2 AM. Another 100 meters if you keep going that way way onto Oslobodjenja boulevard and there's Papričica Grill that also works 24/7. Also across the stadium at Maksima Gorkog street you have Caribic Pizza that is also 24/7.

As a Greek, I was about to comment about the gyros that wasn't gyros and that dead greek salad but then I saw the "pizza" and I couldn't but comment to say to my Italian neighbors that it'll be ok, I can understand what you're going through brotha.

I agree. The feedback isn't only great to watch, but it's important! I think people are too afraid to give that feedback in person, & the autonomy of the internet gives people an opportunity to passive aggressively voice their opinion, but it's usually exaggerated.
All of that, PLUS the humor sets this channel apart from all the others.
Even though I will never get to "enjoy" any of these restaurants, being an American, I love this channel, & today is a binge watch PPPeter day, for sure!

@@nialldean9791 I come from Serbia and I can confirm you that is not an insult. I guess that these hardworking guys were shy and maybe even ashamed because of these bad reviews. It's always a good and kind thing to give a tip to a nice worker and I think these guys deserve it.

P.S. The pepper on the "pizza" was a feferon, a traditional spicy pepper often put on pizzas in Croatia/Serbia, I think it's originally Hungarian. But we also usually put more of them on some typical traditional pizzas.
Did they really change the title? Figures, considering how clickbait the thumbnails tend to be (always are)

It's part of his jokes on ridiculous misconceptions and stereotypes about Eastern Europe in general, stereotypes that exist mainly among "westerners" (primarily USA). And yes, many people in the US have no idea that Yugoslavia was not aligned with the USSR.

How cool is to be privileged to find your channel at early days, watch every episode from Africa to Slovak blog and now you not only come to my hometown but review a food shop ten meters from where I work and confirm everything we joke about in the office for years, Minuta is terrible but when you know what to order and what not, with these new staff, it's acceptable, especially on a short breaks or cigarette time to catch a bite. I am a Hungarian from the UK too, once visited the worst reviewed hotel in Blackpool, it was actually nice, and I was planning to visit a badly reviewed place in Budapest, but covid came in. Yeah we are not Slavs in Hungary, but we are not in western Europe neither 😁 someone could start an argument about where the geographical centre of Europe is, and we could read explanation from any European country 😂

Peter searches for many countries for their worst places and he has found some gems in Poland, Bosnia, Czech and Slovakia but I suppose that Hungary just is too high quality for these kind of videos. That sounds pretty cool tbh :)

I instantly knew just by looking at the food you both were eating, truly warranted the saying "looks are deceiving"; I've had worse in the states, so I can relate. Nonetheless, I'm glad that you were able to get an explanation of why the place, is what it is from the employees working there; I'd be pretty pissed off if I were in their shoes too. To suffice, there are several places in where I'm from that are subpar and poorly managed that one of them gave me food poisoning along with mild indigestion, but on the bright side I have found hidden gems that are worth the drive and price.

The funny thing is, when Minuta first opened in Novi Sad, it was actually pretty good for a fast food place, but soon after they were getting worse and worse, and as you have said it, yeah a lot of drunks and people without any taste buds eat there. But, trust me, THERE IS A WORSE ONE! Caribic! That one is the shittiest place you can ever eat in Novi Sad, like, I would rather sit on an anthill than eat in Caribic ever fucking again!
PS, Minuta had a really good pizza back in the day, like 5, 6 years ago, not gonna lie, was pretty tasty for a 1 euro, but, as I said, they are just yuck. And what the employee said is also very true. One of my friends worked there once and they were poorly paid, I remember, me and my friends were waiting for a pizza for an hour and we were so hungry, but nobody seemed to care for our order. As many people complained, that is why they added that beeping "toy" to announce when is your turn.

I love the worst-rated restaurant videos. Definitely my favorites on your channel. Although, if you're deciding between a low-rated fast food place and a low-rated normal restaurant, I'd much rather see the normal restaurant. Fast food is, in general, not very high quality. Those kinds of places are rated lower by default - what's really interesting is seeing a restaurant with a nice atmosphere, lots of potential, but terrible reviews and seeing why that's the case.
The maximum potential for a fast food restaurant is maybe 4 stars, usually closer to 3. A family owned restaurant has no excuse for being under 4 stars though. In my city in the US, there are at least 4 fast food places I've seen rated under 3 stars, but small restaurant rated that low won't survive long and I enjoy seeing you giving low rated restaurants like that a second chance.
