War never changes. Unless it does, actually. Now that I think about it, war definitely changes, what the hell? How did that even become a saying? Did Fallout start that? I mean, come on. You're telling me war is the same now as it was when Alexander the Great was storming through Europe with his swords and horses? Give me a break. A squad of freshly trained marines could take out an entire army of medieval soldiers with their eyes closed with the firepower available today. And even more so - look back at the Revolutionary War! Soldiers would line up and "fire" when they were told to as if that were a flawless strategy. War changes man.

Thats so odd, it was flipped when I was editing so I manually flipped them so it sounded right, but it must've been a Premiere error. :(
