Today, we take a look at the new Maxcatch Fly Fishing Vest and do a full review.

We ordered this vest on Amazon a few weeks ago and have been testing it extensively. From our experience wearing, fishing and using this vest, it's a pretty good value, especially considering it's only $40.
While it's not currently the best vest we've tested, it's definitely up there. We love the storage, the build quality and the versatility of the vest, as well as the fly fishing-specific features like the external velcro foam fly holder.

Bough this exact vest 2wks ago off Amazon - best bang for the buck with tons of features, pockets, and tabs. Regarding your comment about rain gear - your rain jacket folds up and goes in the back pouch. No need for rain pants..obviously.

Ya we had difficulty getting our thicker wading jacket in there, but a typical shell rain coat is fine.
