Repair AM 1 Honeywell Mixing Valve | Guide to fix Hot Water Temp Issues

Was noticing the water was not at the correct temperature, and would sometimes fluctuate. Other people may find no hot water or low pressure issues if this part has issues. Here is how to replace the inner assembly using a repair kit.
Some people with hard water maybe able to just soak in vinegar the assembly if it’s failing due to calcium build up, then re-assemble in order to repair the assembly. However my area does not have hard water, and I found a broken piece so I went for the repair kit route.
