I got the same machine 2 weeks ago. Had a hard time looking for a tutorial vid until i decided to figure it out myself. Im no expert too, sadyang mahilig lang din sa kape.
Finally, may vid na! Salamat!

Sa experienced ko, ang daling mag build up ng minerals sa heating block kung top water or mineral water na nabibili sa water stations ang ilalagay. Wala pang 1 month may error message na. Sinubukan ko ang Wilkins product. 3 months bago ako mag descale ulit. Mahal ang descaler solution at one time lang magagamit. Ngayon, Citric acid ang ginagamit ko as descaler solution. Effective at mura. SMEG espresso coffee machine ang gamit ko.
