This arrangement is inspired by the version recorded by Santo and Johnny, and also by the version recorded by the fantastic guitar player Joel Paterson out of Chicago! I'm playing a 2014 Classic Player Jazzmaster through Logic Pro amp modelling.
Those octaves give me those Wes Montgomery feels. Absolutely smooth.

I was wondering why I was drawn to this song, I now remember that my Dad would play it between songs. I remember asking him what it was. I really liked it. Unfortunately, we lost him this year. But I was able to have a studio session with him this year and his bandmates and record a few numbers. Rock n roll baby, nothing like it
This is such a beautiful melody. The beatles are always nro1 band/artist in the world. All 4 members were musical geniuses.
I wasn't a big Beatles fan {Beach Boys} but they had a lot of songs I liked. ie; hide you love away, words of love. and this song
