Iga looks and sounds strong right now. I'm going with her in straight sets.
Let's go Iga! Thanks Cam for the preview! 😊
It will be very interesting seing professor checking student's homework. Maybe the student will surpass the master this time?
I wish Coco the best, but... we'll see tomorrow. I'm waiting for fiercy fight from both.
Iga will definitely win in straight sets.
I want to see an Iga vs Danielle final. Let's go!
The only time Gauff beat Swiatek was because she improved serve a lot, but not its totally opposite. It took Rybakina almost 3 hours to beat Swiatek on clay at Stuggart, and she had in this game serve few levels above of what Gauff presents know. The only hope for Gauff is that Swiatek who plays the most matches in WTA can be at some point overtired and become easy target for more rested player.
I would hazard a guess that thw only chance gauff has is swiatek breaking a leg.
Coco is Iga’s bunny until proven otherwise. Straight sets, home for dinner.
Not this Coco. Not this trainer!
The only time Gauff beat Świątek was in the USA, when the organizers set the table so that Świątek was exhausted after the night's games and Gauff was fully rested.
T'es raison.
Perhaps a close match but in Iga’s way.
Long post:
So it’s interesting that you say Gauff needs to put the head to head out of her mind, when I think it is the other way around. If Iga has beaten Coco 9 times then I am sure it is in her mind that the next time she could lose. There will be a lot of pressure for Iga to win especially due to the head to head.
Yes, Coco needs to serve well. If she does like she did with Zheng, she has a great chance.
Many people don’t expect, Coco to win, and she may not, but I do expect it will be Swiatek’s toughest match of the tournament so far.
Rooting for Coco!
Go CoCo ❤️🎾🎾❤️👍🏾
Short post:
The only time Gauff beat Świątek was in the USA, when the organizers set the table so that Świątek was exhausted after the night's games and Gauff was fully rested.
Yes, comfortbale straight sets win for iga as every logical person was saying
Iga will eat those DFs up 😂😂
Iga in 3 let' gooo!! 🇵🇱🔥
It's gonna be obviously in 2
I just got wind of Brad Gilbert's plan for Gauff beating Swiatek: It's called "Winning Ugly."
Well, since Brad started training Coco she had 1 win, 2 losses. Iga would have to play badly even worse than she did in Cinci to lose to Coco on clay.
You don't win ugly against world #1
Wow coco is also on doubles semi finals. Congratulations what a victory you going through right now. If coco gets 70 to 80 % first serve in then I hope she will have chance to beat IGA. Because right now she is the best returner so far this season.
Idk why she is playing singles and doubles, she loses her strenghs... She'd has better results if she focus on singles only.
Yes iga is in tremendous form 👏
I feel it wont be easy for Iga this time. it depend who will win first set. Iga in 3.
I agree. Iga in 3
Iga and Aryna in the final I think.
Definitely
Sabalenka Swatek final showdown
That's your wish. Danielle will beat Sabalenka. Coco could beat Iga
@@trommelbielin an alrernative delusional american universe filled with a false sense of exceptionalism 😂
@@trommelbiel So how did your prediction go????
Not as expected but Coco will soon be beating Iga@@petercieslar2955
This matchup is gonna be quick in Iga favor but my hope that its not. I honestly want to see another player challenge the # ranking ,and also to add more hunger and intensity in the wemen on tour .
LET’S GO COCO!! Always rooting for Coco!!
well done cee willy
Hope Gauff can push Iga, at least. But going with Swiatek in 2, she is just too solid on clay
Iga cmon
Second set will determine the outcome of the match. Iga has been shaky in second sets during her matches with Putintseva and Keys. Probably signs of fatigue. If second set goes badly fir Iga then it will be Gauff in 3 otherwise Iga in 2. I still believe fatigue will ultimately defeat Iga at Rome but would come back strongly for the French Open.
fatigue? Coco is playing both singles and doubles and most of her singles matches have been three sets. If anyone will be fatigued it will be Coco
Let’s be real. Iga is going to wipe the floor with her.
Perhaps
Go get 'em 1ga! Jazda! 💪🏻🔥
Semi finals time🤪👑🌈🍻🔥
Lets see if Coco can follow Rybakina and beat Iga on clay or will it end up as a 10-1 H2H in favour of Iga...
I am with Coco
7:6 6:1 for Iga 😊
Coco all the way..
So did she win?
Iga in 2. H2h 10:1 incoming.
Iga 2:0
6-2 6-2 Iga
1GA 😀
I feel sorry for Cocco.
She does not need this humiliation now in her career.!
She has more chance of being struck by lightning than beating Iga although i wouldnt mind if she could.!
We need another Iga Sabalenka final.!
Thats always a close match.
The best against the best.!😅
Whoever plays in the final... were gonna have a new champion 😂😂😂 I hope😢😢 so am 🤔 an upset in the semis ,Iga and Arnya, but that just wishful thinking
1ga in 2. Easy one
less interested in this tour after Rybakina withdrawal... Hope this goes for 3 sets
Gauff under gilbert is playing almost as good as zendaya 😂
Gauff service has gone backwards
"You tried to do your best Coco, but she won, but then you just played two other games before that.
Coco Gauff will never ever beat Iga!!....she can forget about it!
Looks like women are against Coco more than fanatical polish men. Jealousy?
If Coco serves well she will beat Iga. In two sets.
Coco's serve is worse now than it was in previous years when she kept losing to Iga
It'l take more than good serving by Cocco to beat Iga. Iga will have to have an off day.
If you think Iga is going to just walk over Coco then you haven't been watching tennis!
😆😆😆😆
@@trommelbielhahahahaha iga has won 21 sets against gauff and gauff only 2 sets in all those meetings. Iga has baggeled her 3 times also
Polish fanatics wouldn't give Coco any chance but they will be disappointed
I'm Polish but I wouldn't call myself fanatic. I'm rooting for Iga just as much as a Yank is rooting for Cocco. While I like Cocco as a lovely person and tennis player, my head and my heart says it will be Iga. She is playing on her favourite surface, and she is playing at the best of her form. Her win rate on clay is an astonishing 87% - that is better than any other woman this century, and only 3 all time greats have a better % - Chris Evert 94.2%, Margaret Court 90.8%, and Steffi Graf 89.2%. Cocco defeated Iga at Cincinatti in 2023 on a hard court in 3 sets, so Cocco can beat Iga, and I will give Cocco a slight chance if Iga starts playing badly with a lot of unforced errors. However if I was a betting man I will still have to go with Iga.
I love Polish people but most of you tend to lose your minds over Iga whom l love by the way.
Mark my words, Coco will be beating Iga easily 2 years from now. Coco is still polishing her skill but Iga has reached her peak!
This is not fanaticism, this is realism. The only time Gauff beat Świątek was in the US when the organizers set up the table so that Świątek was exhausted after the night's matches and Gauff was fully rested.
@@petercieslar2955 Why do you think that Gauff, who supports BLM hooligans who some time ago in Washington D.C. desecrated the monument of the Polish-American national hero (General Tadeusz Kościuszko), is a lovely person???
The organisers are most unlikely to deliberately favour Coco if such a thing exists. You can see how the judges deliberately cheat to favour Coco's opponents.
Coco will take out poland's pride
So how did your prediciton go?
@@petercieslar2955 she had her chances
@@hazelmiller9007she had 2 break chances 🤡🤡. Iga had 11 break chances. She lost again in straight sets, just admit that your prediction was bs
Brad Gilbert is still salty about Badosa's ball toss. At his age, his ailing mind won't have overcome this scandalous hindrance yet and he'll either give Coco bad advice or be MIA completely.
Also consider that the only time Gauff beat Iga was in the US in front of the home crowd and we all know how important that is for her.
This one's a no-brainer.
Same with Andy Rodick who only won US GS and no other GSes.
@@mr.g2195 Yes, good point.
Please be respectful. You can support Iga without putting down Coco and her new coach. Meanwhile old age is a good thing to be cherished, not mocked.
Hope you will reach his age. Karma
less interested in this tour after Rybakina withdrawal... Hope this goes for 3 sets
Rybakina is a weakling. Enjoy the moment
