If Rybakina and Sabalenka are on the same side of the draw, Sabalenka's purpose is literally to take out Rybakina for Swiatek.

​@@japhethrok3514 Lol, Sabalenka doesn't give a f*ck about Rybakina and if not Paolini then she will beat her as she is simply better technically on Paris and Rome clay and stronger mentally. She shows her best tennis when stake is high. So far this season Rybakina is not able to win anything serious, just WTA 500. She lost WTA 1000 finals to Swiatek, Collins, she lost almost 3300 points at AO, Indian Wells, Rome where she was about to defend points for finals and this is also proof of her mental weak mentality as to defend points is hard.

@@japhethrok3514 Swiatek had by far the hardes draws at both AO and FO. At AO in 1st round Kenin (gran slam champion who in 2023 beat Gauff at Wimbledon and Sabalenka at Rome ) and in 2nd round Collins who is number 4 of the current season. In FO at 2nd round Osaka who has more grand slams than Rybakina and Sabalenka combined.
Rybakina didn' have any serious test as Mertens never played well against Rybakina (its 5:1 in h2h), Svitolina is fast court specialist not slow clay and still Rybakina had more problems with her than Swiatek with Vondi who is Wimbledon champion.

This will be hard to watch considering that they are both such nice girls and they both can play. I'm afraid Aryna might crush Mirra with her power but am hoping she won't be too ruthless.
But Mirra has got her head switched on and is too smart to expect miracles. If she loses, which I think is most likely, she won't be psychologically scarred like some would be.

......Mirra Andreeva has beaten Aryna Sabalenka in a final.......a doubles final.....I'd love to see Sabalenka put out by Andreeva......the particular shot she does better than anyone, seems to be the lob.....which was used stunningly against Gracheva, if you look at the highlights.....really looking forward to the match generally, though......
