A case of right VC paralysis

Male patient, 65 years old, presenting with hoarseness of voice for 3 months.
The Rt VC is immobile in nearly cadaveric position, this may denote combined superior and recurrent laryngeal nerves that can occur in high vagal lesions.
Notice also the folded epiglottis and the leaning rt arytenoid. This was captured by my endoscope in my centre in 18.2.2016.
