Never expect unlikely. It can happen. The giant fist is horrible, is way too big. I am disappointed Bandai didn’t provide armor fist to hold the gun. Lastly, nobody mentioned that if you missed out on a 1j and you got a 1A you can convert into armor 1J by swapping out the head as all the armor cover most of the bot décor on the front. So is a cheat method if you could not get a 1j
This set is underwhelming. I expected more from the DX version. It's not a significant improvement over the original Yamato 1/48 version. The huge hands look so out of place. I know they are meant to resemble the hands from the tv show but they should have included a set of more mechanical ones like the Yamato version which look much better. And you can't even fit the gunpod in the right one. Definitely not worth the asking price. I see them being discounted by the Japanese sellers on eBay.

Would this 1J armor set fit any DX VF-1S (like the Fokker one you showed in your video)?
Yes it would fit the 1S and 1A but I read somewhere that it will not fit the 1D
You could swap out the 1A head and make it like 1J armor
Is the lose nose cone issue sorted out in this version of the 1J vs the original?
The nose cone for mine seems decently tight. Does not open or drop at the slightest touch.
Is this set can use with Movie edition VF-1S Valkyrie (Hikaru Ichijo use) ?
I think it can, though I never try it. I know for sure the armor can't fit for the VF-1D because its chest plate is of a different design.

The stand only comes as a first press limited item for the 1J.
