- AMAZING DIAMOND Shaped Serendipity/Triple Decker Sandwich pour/acrylic pouring.
Acrylic pouring with the canvas at a different angle is more difficult than one would think! Controlling the composition on this acrylic pour I titled 'Serendipity' gave me a run for my money. But the end result is amazing and I am beyond happy! I will definitely do more like this! What do you guys think about the orientation of the pour? Should it hang that way also? I would love to hear your thought!

Haha!! Thank you! I hand painted the original 1821 (I couldn’t salvage them) floor boards. Had to paint them.

Its 2 am and I should be sleeping but I had to watch my girl pour this AMAZING piece!! First of all, I love you even more for showing us the inside of the cup while you poured it!! So cool to watch! This may be strange but I really love when you tilt and we see the beautiful sides with the paint dripping off 😁 I seriously love that, the sound of the paint landing, just how silky your paint looks lol I know I'm cuckoo 😜 this is a gorgeous pour and I love that you poured another little cup on the edge so it would not distort the composition. Hi Sarah, is the torch to remove the air bubbles in the painting? Also would do you mix with the paint except alittle water? What is the chemical? Do you always use this chemical when mixing paints? I saw you on you tube and I would like to try my hand at it. I don't know what I'm supposed to mix with the paints and for what reason. Thank you! Linda

These colors & the sandwich layering are so amazing. I have to admit that I was afraid the white would take over, but the cells came through everywhere & it's fabulous! I love the colors & I would have liked to see a bit more of the green flash, but if I hadn't known it was in the layers, I wouldn't miss it anyway. It's gorgeous & I admire the diamond angle too!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOOOOVE this method! So far I’ve tried it once on a 20x20 with really THIN colors... and even tho it was definitely NOT EASY to layer the colors because they kept on wanting to sink and a lot of them actually did sink but it turned out really amazing!!! I’m doing my second one now on a 24x24 inch canvas but I’ve been procrastinating because it’s going to be a surprise for my pain management doctor to hang in his new office who’s walls are completely and TOTALLY naked! They need some artwork! But the reason I’m procrastinating is because I’m not using my 24k gold by DecoArt and normally that’s what makes my paintings POP! Silly huh! I am also quite certain that I’ve mixed up WAY TOO MANY colors and now I can’t decide which ones to use! I love all of them! The tough thing is that I have to make it with his office colors which are Blue, Green, White and Grey (I’m substituting DecoArt Silver (darkened a bit with some black)for the Grey).... So here’s my issue.... I REALLY want to use my Modern Masters “Black Gold” for some contrast because all of the other colors will just meld together too much (Blue,Green, and Silver)... so I’m hoping that the dark silver will work out as contrast but I STILL want to use the Black Gold! What do u think 🤔? Shall I use the Black Gold or should I just use the dark Silver as contrast and keep it to his office colors only? What would u do?
