Bought this bike 3 years before for 52k. Within 12500 kms battery range reduced to 15km. Hence it cannot be used effectively. Asked for the price of new battery. The new battery cost price is 50,000/-. Don't know what to do. If the company buys back old battery and provides new battery for some reasonable price means it will be helpful.

I have this moped it's mileage only 50 to 55 km only not 75 km.
It's big problem is if rainy time on the way that your mopet suddenly off not working bcz any rain going inside not working.when you run 20 plus after that top speed only 30km per hour not 35km.one more think big problem when you going to repair pure ev showroom they take your moped and any small replacesmen nothing is there they take time for 15 to 20 days one thing for replacement. It's good but not always anywhere used and patel facelty not like normal cycle it's very difficult. Bettery box is very poor when you bad run way that battery disconnect suddenly.and price very high.

Product over priced, connectors are not water proof, facing problem during riding in rain, battery is not much reliable, not best wiring system, common industrial product used to make vehicle.
Pros:
Riding experience is good in sunny days, handing load more the 130 Kg, charing is good 3.5 hr for full charge, only one unit for 40-55 km drive, easy handling, no papers(doc) requied to ride and very economic and eco friendly vehicle.
I have used for 1.2 years still good.

All TN people should unite and create a EV consortium (கூட்டமைப்பு) and fix the following resolution through a EV AGENDA for TN. 1) Only one vehicle brand ( say AMMA ebike) should be allowed for the benefit of public and it should be under Co-operative business model creating millions of jobs for the Youth . 2) Profit margin should be fixed by the consortium with NO private owned setup 3) Battery system should be cutting edge model with future plug-n-play support for 500 Kms range - which means govt will finalize and produce the battery through BHEL like public sector in collaboration with world class manufacturer with all facilities and subsidies, so that the cost of the vehicle will be around Rs.30000 to Rs.40000 4) Mandatory 3 years of FREE maintenance 5) Swapping station should be under government co-operative similar to AAVIN booth. 6) No involvement of private ownership in the entire EV ecosystem business, eliminating huge-profit for corporate. 7) #CooperativeSocialism is the future for any business in the new world. Thank you for your Cooperation. Everyone should raise their voice to make this happen..because the corporates will unite and fight against this idea of Cooperative Socialism.
