I've been playing for a little over 15 years on and off and have just been at the same skill level for about the last 5. It's just hard with a busy life to get adequate and efficient practice in. I feel like I'm always practicing just to maintain rather than improve. This will for sure go into the practice routine.
yes, one thing that i have learned in 18 years playing guitar if you dont see results right away, maybe you are practicing something useless if you do the exact same thing for "practice" every day, you are not learning anything new most of the things that will make you good at guitar, wont even come from playing it, like understading the relationship between the strings section in an orchestra, and how it translate to the bass + guitar relationship in a band, this was an eye opener for me
I don't think I have the issue this video mentions, but those are still great and interesting exercises. The first and second ones in particular. I'll try them in my practice.

i already train with my guitar even i bought new guitar for my training then i realized not my guitar or the lesson but my hand can't provide me to play better,because when i was kid i broke my both hand caused problem in my nerves hand,when i learn scale or anything else my finger sometime move by it self so for me just can play some song or melody is ok for me😅
I'm tired because I have carpal tunnel in both hands, both wrists & neck broken, & need surgeries & our country is being a massive pos. And my pinky is 2mm too short so a 4 fret stretch re-destroys my [left] hand for about a month.

When I start to play fast, the finger-pick coordinate becomes worst
