You had a vision, a dream of bringing people together to buy and sell what they all love. You made a plan, detail by detail, worked your little rear off, and….YOU DID IT!! What a wonderful, affirming day you all had. You and your sellers were glowing with pride, happiness and success. And you, Misty, yes you, were the inspiration and the glue that made it happen and stick together.
I’m not a regular at sales. I can’t shop, as we’re downsizing for a move to a retirement center. I can’t shop, but that never stops me from enjoying the beautiful, the weird and the wonderful things you discover. If I were 30 years younger when this beautiful on-line selling thing had started, I would certainly have a fabulous collection right now. (And be trying to figure out how to take it with me!)
I so appreciate your spirit, your kindness, your weirdness, your determination, and your bravery (Misty Show try-ons). Those in your circle of friends and acquaintances are more fortunate than they’ll ever know.
When you are feeling down, or discombobulated, try to remember your successes: CZcams sales, creating VAMP, restructuring your shop with pop-ups, being a partner with Mark in raising a wonderful family (you got a good one, girl!), breaking down the walls of shame surrounding plus size women, and being endlessly entertaining!

The Bedfored Chamber of Commerce should give you a key to the city!!! What a wonderful event to draw visitors to your beautiful city! The parade reminds me so much of the parades in Elwood during the St. Clair Glass Festival. Being a small town Hoosier girl, I love these celebrations!

I stopped by and it was such a feeling of joy and love. Definitely an awesome group of people came. I have plans to come to the December one, but highly recommend getting a hotel. I came over for just the day from Columbus, OH and am still tired from all the driving. Worth it, though. 🎉🎉
