Very scenic section of the A31 past Nancy. But the A31 is degrading fast. And is this filmed on a Sunday? When I passed it there was a wall of trucks on the right lane. It's a busy stretch - too busy for just 2 lanes. And most of the A31 now looks like patchwork in resurfacing. Guess widening isn't that simple although most parts of the A31 before Metz have a quite wide center median.

Nancy was surprisingly great and easy to see / visit in about a day or less.

Yes it was a Sunday actually. I also know the A31 to be very busy, but it was quite okay on this day despite it being in the high season :)
