Mr. Albert Wagner, I loved the Yamaha Clavinova CVP-809 Best Digital Piano demonstration by pianist Peter Baartmans! Sensational! I pray to God, one day, to be able to buy this digital piano, which today, still, would not be able to afford it! Surely, with a piano like this, I would be making a dream of a lifetime! I am 63 years old, but I have not stopped dreaming and praying to God! I will repeat: I do well! I can! I already realized this dream! Thank you!
Great to see Peter in Florida 😊 I met him here in Holland in 1985 and he was the reason for me to play organ, after he played ‘ what a feeling’ on the FX 20 organ. Later he was incredible on the HS & HX 1 , unreal. For a short time he demonstrated Roland AT 90 organs, but Yamaha wants him back. For me, he is still an organist. He made great records.

This is amazing playing for amazing keyboard. The Piano keybed also give more deeper articulation and dynamic resulting better sounding and feeling from the player. $11,000 is sure not for many people, but this is the ultimate music composer and show.

I have a PSR-E463 from YAMAHA, and I am grateful to have managed to have a YAMAHA keyboard! But with much prayer, and believing that I already did, one day I will achieve this achievement of owning a Yamaha Clavinova CVP-809!
Yes , all yamaha product are very good I usually upgrade my instrument every 10 years but always worth it.

That was a great demonstration of the capabilities of the clavinova! Digital pianos are a good compromise for people living in apartments or condos. I'm gonna start saving for a CVP-805.

Beautiful song, beautiful playing. Not sure your recording set up does the sound justice, but it did sound great! I would love to see an AB comparison between the Clavinova and the acoustic CFX with the same recording setup.

Yes... it's amazing instrument.. but Yamaha still cut costs on LED's... it's hard to pick up buttons in dark.. romantic... nights... PS: happy 609 GP owner.

What different in the 809? I have a 709.
For such a good brilliant pianist, like Peter it's shame, not to have a mike for speakings! It's definetly not his best sounding demo vid, due to bad accoustics, but he's the best Yamaha endorser! It's not the recording quality, that's quiet well! Beautiful player and a sympathic man! Clearwater, you must learn a bit more!

@@tomschaffner9704 Because when we are on show, the dress code is a minimum in respect of the attendance, and showing (unpurposely, of course) his white underwear is quite bad.
Not needed in this case because Peter is a normal guy with extraordinary skills, his outfit emphasizes that. Only the singing could be improved

they're different instruments; I love my CVP809. it keeps me out of trouble and entertained and happy. the CVP809 keyboard has helped me to have piano touch, etc.... wish I could play Andrew Lloyd Webber like he does! I wonder if peter's arrangement can be purchased....
Save the 9k you woulda spent and buy a nice upright or a piano
