These are my fav kinds of videos. I like the slow, lulling sounds and talking. I never follow the mediation instructions because it kind of stresses me out to try, but if I focus on the sound of them and the repetition it relaxes me.

Hand movements, camera brushing, flashlight, etc. You did a bit of hand movements (counting with your fingers) during the boxed breathing, and it was so tingly I want more!!
