Alot of people remember the Kobe buzzer beaters that send the Lakers up 3-1, but Tim Thomas' shot was one of the few daggers in Kobe's legacy. The guy coulda have been known as the 7th seed that dethroned a legit championship squad with a D+ team instead of the guy who let a 3-1 lead slip away and refused to shot in game 7. I'm a die hard Kobe and Lakers fan, but that shot feels like a dagger every time I watch it.

Semion Johnson Gotta disagree. The Lakers were up 3-1 cos of their defense, not just Kobe. The Suns were a run and gun team led by Mike D'Antoni and scored an average of 94ppg in the games they lost. LA showed up defensively and executed the gameplan. Also, Kobe wasn't even the leading scorer in G3 and G4. I'm not blaming Kobe for them losing, but don't act like the Lakers didn't show up for when they went up 3-1. This wasn't the same as the LBJ-Magic situation or the year after 2007 Kobe-Suns. The Suns were just a better team in the end.

A former Small Forward moved to Power Forward/European League Stretch-4.😀😀😀
Now it's LeBron James's turn at Stretch-4, NOT Traditional stay in the low post Power Forward role.
149---3-pointers last year, so he better focus on Catch & Score quickly, since they think playing off the ball will stop him from scoring 50 points.😀😀😀
      Michael Jordan played off-the-ball didn't he ???
LeBron is not going to serve as a DECOY to please Laker fans that didn't want him there in the 1st place.

Nash always a great floor general, never selfish, not concerned with individual accolades, definitely clutch, one of the greatest point guards of all time and would rock in any era .... if he focused more on being a scorer, he could have easily averaged 30 points a game, if he focused more on being a facilitator (pass first, set up your scorers), he would easily have averaged 15 - 20 assists a game. You can't just go by stats to determine rankings, this guy is definitely underrated and watching him play you realize how great he truly is ...

Duncan at #9 ? Duncan is better than Shaq & LeBron. I'm a big Kobe Fan but i RANK Duncan over Kobe.
In my opinion Duncan SURPASSED Kobe when Duncan collected his 5th ring along with NEVER MISSING A PLAYOFF IN HIS ENTIRE CAREER.
Prime Duncan can get 30+ POINTS 20+ REBOUNDS & 5+ BLOCKS.
Duncan outplays Shaq from 1999-2003 PLAYOFFS in SIMILAR POSITIONS. Duncan in 1999 was his 2nd season SWEPT SHAQ IN THE PLAYOFFS & WON HIS FIRST RING & FMVP THAT SAME SEASON
LeBron is also better than Shaq. Shaq never lead a team to 3 finals.
So that would put Duncan at #4 & Kobe at #5 & LeBron at #6 in my opinion

      Shaq lead a team to 2 FINALS. 1995 & 2000.
To get to the FINALS you have to go THROUGH the REGULAR SEASON & PLAYOFFS TO MAKE THE FINALS AM I CORRECT ?
Well Shaq got swept in the FINALS IN 1995 with All Star Penny & Horace GRANT in the FINALS, Swept in EAST PLAYOFFS in 1996, swept in PLAYOFFS 1998, & 1999.
Kobe was the better PLAYER in 2001, 2002, & 2003 REGULAR SEASON & PLAYOFFS. Shaq was better in the FINALS.
Plus Kobe was the reason Shaq even made the finals, not the other way around.
Shaq would have never MADE PAST THE PLAYOFFS WITHOHT KOBE GURANTEED.
Wilt & Russ played in 1960's when NBA WAS STILL A DEVELOPING PRODUCT.
1960's had 8 teams, no 3 pointers, less penalties, less coaching, less rules, less strategies, goaltending wasn't called, offensive rebounds, defensive rebounds, STEALS, BLOCKS, & TURNOVERS WERE NOT EVEN A STAT YET.
It was CLEARLY A GAME IN DEVLOPMENT.. There is a reason why no one averaged 50PPG since Wilt & 12 RINGS from Russ. NBA CHANGED RULES BECAUSE OF THOSE 2.
Russ & Wilt retired BEFORE OFFENSIVE REBOUNDS, DEFENSIVE REBOUNDS, STEALS, BLOCKS , TURNOVERS, & 3 POINTERS BECAME A. STAT.
      Russ retired in 1969?
      Wilt retired 1973?
Off reb, def reb, STLS, BLKS, & TURNOVERS BECAME a stat around 1975 (Kareems generation)
3 Pointers became official in 1980-1981 (Magic, Bird, & Jordan ERA)
By 1975 NBA had more TEAMS, MORE COMPETITION, MORE PENALTIES, BETTER COACHING, ETC.
Russ & Wilt are PIONEERS who REVOLUTIONIZED NBA. NOT TOP 10 RESPECTFULLY.
