I have no doubts that Gabe is a hard working dude who does a good job, but he has seriously grown into a diva. Like, he’s started getting a bit more camera time, and it really seems like it’s gotten to his head. I understand incorporating him a bit more if he has value to add, but I think he’s gone past adding value to the point of being annoying and turning people away from NELK.
I think Gabe truly cares for Kyle and the business around him. He is looking out for people that might be taking advantage of him, in this case he think Steiny doesn't give a shit about the job. He made Kyle loose $1200 for being late on his flight. Kyle is like whatever cus he's rich but in the eyes of Gabe, he probably sees more numbers than Kyle will ever realize, all the losses he takes because Steiny is not being responsible.

Seems like Steiny knows his role working with Steve and the boys. Dude just likes to have fun in the process and I respect it as long as he’s doing what he needs to do. I don’t necessarily know what’s going on behind the scenes, but Steiny seems to be doing just fine. Gabe is definitely overstepping some boundaries and if you read a majority of these comments, they say Gabe is becoming pesty and people are even tuning out the podcast because of him. No hate, but basically, all I’m saying is his ego is potentially losing you guys money and everyone, especially Gabe, should probably take a step back and reflect.
