Youre wrong in 4:24 about doesnt accept any traffic ...yes doesnt accept any data traffic but does accept traffic like CDP,DTP etc...only data traffic is not accepted....but youre a great tutor thanks for all the videos

When we enable rstp in switch, it will take around 7 to 8 seconds to put the port in forwarding State which is we connected to the host but when we enable the portfast on that port, In zero second it goes to forwarding State, but your telling that rstp has inbuilt portfast mechanism...

You can. An unmanaged switch will just forward the BPDUs. Careful to prevent loops though with unmanaged switches: They'll just forward everything.
