is this a Suwanee Bass?

- i caught what i thought was a Suwanee bass but then all the stripes disappeared as soon as i pulled him out of the water. The stripes came back when I put him back in the water for the release.

Definitely a Suwannee Bass. I was just there on Saturday. Caught several Florida Bass and only one Suwannee in 11 hours worth of fishing. It’s a long drive to go home empty handed.

@@dedicatedfisherman I’m going after Smallmouth just north of Augusta on my next weekend day I have off. If I get one that will give me 7 species of black bass for year.
