    Hi Y'all,
    I hate dieting. I hate counting calories and macros. I just wanted a simple way and a simple diet that I could use to lose body fat that I had gained through some chronic health complications. I was able to decrease my waist size and cut body fat in about 3 months using the healthy lifestyle I will be showing you today. So if you want to know how I lost fat and how I was able to do some slight body recomposition (and I will be continuing for sure!) then I hope you like this vid! This "what I eat in a week" is packed with tips for cutting calories, nutrition for weight loss, healthy and balanced lifestyle tips using a realistic diet approach.

    Bowls! Eat bowls (not literally)! That's my favorite fast healthy meal equation.
    I prep all the ingredients early in the week (beans, rice, veggies, 2-3 proteins and "fun" sauces and extras like green onions, seeds etc.)
    Whenever I get hungry, i just put 3-4 ingredients on a bed of lettuce and put a decently healthy sauce. Usually the dressing is fat or added avocado.
    The sauce decides the flavor profile. :)
