Vintage WHIPPED CREAM Cake Tutorial

- Today I am decorating a vintage cake with Whipped cream. Not a lot of cakes require much piping skills these days. It's really not hard learning to pipe lots of shells and other details. It just needs a little practice and before you know you will be piping those shells without even thinking about it! Have fun recreating this cake! Top tier is a 6in and bottom tier is an 8in.
What did you spray on top of the cake?
Just water. It helps to get the whipped cream smooth.
Do you spray water while covering the cake with cream ?
Yes, it helps to get the whipped cream very smooth.
Does that only work on whipped or buttercream as well
