  • A few random snapshots captured on a hike to Sawyer Pond in New Hampshire. Along the trail, we spotted a couple of woodland toads. While we were enjoying lunch at the edge of the pond, a Belted kingfisher swooped in to check us out. We spotted Ebony jeweling damselflies by a stream that feeds the pond. The song of the Red-eyed vireo was the background music of the day. A very pleasant day for our woodland saunter.
