This is a machine translation of the visual novel, but I've manually gone through each line of text to make sure everything was consistent and close to the original as possible. Some lines are probably not accurate to what was originally said, but hey, treat it like a localization :p I took (very little) creative liberties with lines that made no sense whatsoever.

Whilst I love the Hiratsuka routes. The canon routes like this one will win any day! It was very nostalgic watching this route and seeing all the references and lines from the Anime! Seeing Yukinoshita and Hachiman fall in love and eventually marry was so beautiful! To this day, I am so grateful that I shipped these two!

Also nice to see a fellow appreciator of the Iroha route. Perhaps it's my own bias with Iroha being 2nd only to Yukino for best girl but I was surprised by how much I enjoyed that route.

This is wonderful, and beautiful. Thank you. I wish the main story had taken us to this point. When Hachiman tells Yukino, I love you, it's like a bolt of lightning right through her heart. The canon Oregairu never shows us Hachiman's parents or Yukino's father. A marriage is the beginning of a new family and a new generation so that this is about families, all of them after all.
Just watched this again for the second time, and my lord is it beautiful, brought tears. I so wish that they had taken this story to this point which is a natural ending to one story, and the beginning of another. Thank you, thank you. for creating such a wonderful work! Bravo!
False, hachiman's mom appears in the light novels (she gives them money before they go to that pet show i believe) and yukinos dad appears the the yukino anthology volume.
Canon shows them, anime doesnt.
@@thewingedserpent5823 Yes, of course you are right! I apologize, I should have been more precise that I was only speaking to the anime. An interesting factoid from the source material is that Hachiman is said to be a lot like Mr. Yukino which would explain why the three Yukino women all have positive responses to Hachiman. When the S3 OAV came out showing the family dinner, I was expecting Mr. Yukino to be there, but they did not include him, and no one says why he did not attend. But then there are a lot of problems with the anime S3 OAV.

@@thewingedserpent5823 I just looked up Shin. The dinner scene is in VOL 2 CH 5. Mr. Yukinoshita is discussed, and Haruno says that Yukino is like her father, but at no time does anyone say why he is not at the dinner. Apparently this is not an official family dinner. Haruno already knows Hachiman fairly well, so this dinner seems to be for Mrs. Yukinoshita to get to know Hachiman. Haruno says as much in that you, Hachiman, will eventually meet him!
