HOW TO GET YOUR FIRST PULL-UP

  • The most common question I get at Instagram is about pull-ups. You ask me how you can train and how you can do.
    Pull-ups is one of my favourite exercises. There's so many variations and you can do. I love the feeling of being strong!
    Here’s some tips.
    Step 1. Dead hang. This is basic. Hang for 20 sec, rest 10 sec and do it 10 times. If it’s easy add extra time and still have 10 sets. If it’s hard take shorter time.
    Step 2. Active dead hang/ scapulla pull-ups. Move your shoulders when you ate hanging. 10 times x 3 set.
    Step 3. Jump up and hold slooooow down. This is the best exercise for pull-ups. Do it 5 times.
    Step 4. Ring row/ TRX row (or you can use a low bar) do 10 times x 3 set.
    I suggest that you work on your pull-ups 2-3 times every week.
