  • Hi Guys,
Well this is a first for the channel. My claim against the @metpolice_uk for the now infamous Leman Street Police Station audit has been finalised.
For those who want to see the original video please see the link below
    • Sergeant Jonathan Morr...
For those of you who are familiar with it will remember it being the video where I had the immense displeasure of meeting the vile piece of human excrement that is Sergeant Morris.
He was the one who felt it appropriate to put his hands on a cameraman who was simply minding his own business.
Well now we have the conclusion to that and the results are in and it has been confirmed that not only is Sergeant Morris a giant loser but now so too is the Met Police with £1000 in compensation being paid out already and legal fees yet to be agreed upon and also paid, potentially coasting the tax payers a hefty sum for his sheer incompetence.
In this montage I have put together we get to see how I go about putting that money to good use.
    Enjoy the video

Sgt Doris, He still wins because he's avoided common assault and internal disciplinary charges. Why not consider a private prosecution for assault and compensation through the courts? That way, he would have a criminal conviction for assault and reason to be booted out or reduced in rank internally. A criminal conviction can't be ignored. Are there any experts out there? Nice twist at the end.

Police Federation would arrange free representation for the officer. Plus the test for a criminal conviction is much higher than a civil case and the risk to reward ratio is off the scale. The hope is that the Met increase training to understand that a person openly filming, poses no risk, except to the compensation fund that keeps paying out for this sort of assault and unlawful detainment in other cases.

He should face criminal prosecution. Had a member of the public mishandled a Police officer in the way that plank of a Sergeant did with TLA, there would have been a raft of criminal charges laid. Police officers must be held to a higher standard of conduct than the general public - but we all know that is not the case.
Psycho Sergeant Morris is guilty of 3 criminal offences (Assault, battery and an offence under Sect 26 Criminal Justice & Courts Act 2015 - improper execution of the powers of a constable). He should be charged, convicted and dismissed from the force. Someone with his evident anger management issues & carrying an active warrant card is a danger to society.
