I got mario kart double dash for Christmas! It is my first gamecube game so I also got a platinum controller and memory card with it. I never knew up until a couple of years ago that my childhood wii could play gamecube games.
I had a Game Cube. It got stolen when my storage locker was broken into. I had the add on to play Game Boys games, Mario Kart Double Dash, Smash Bros, and a bunch of others. They also stole my N64, all my N64 games, my Game Boy, and all those games, including Pokémon Crystal. Needless to say, they were never recovered.
I remember as a kid wondering why the GameCube had a huge handle on it. Made me want to unplug it and walk through town with it like a little briefcase 😂
Imagine if going to a used games shop really was like this, I'd never be out of them. The reality is a strong smell of BO, sticky game boxes and a young lad paid minimum wage who understandably could care less about being there.
I've never looked at a GameCube this hard until now but it looks like a jumping spider. It's got the eyes and then the memory card slots look like it's little mouth pinchers. The GameCube is cute.
I know I've said it before, but thank you so much for your videos. They really do help take me to a place where I can relax. My favorite Gamecube game has to be Luigi's mansion. It was our first game, and gave me many good memories with my brother. Thanks again for all you do

2:19 I actually had a black game too cancel a edit collect a lot of dust. I actually had to exchange m game cube for another because the lens stopped reading. I used lense cleaning and everything. thank goodness the store exchanged it because I was still under the one year manufacturer's warranty.

30:32 I was never really into digimon. I was a Pokémon guy in the early 2000s. It's more specifically the cards. And I and I was also in the yu-gi-oh, the TV show.
Hoping the Switch TTYD ends up being more than a graphical update with very minor changes like Wind Waker HD. TTYD, Wind Waker and Resident Evil 4 are my top 3 GC games tho!
I don't know if you get these prices for these types of videos from actually current things or not but uhh... is Digimon Rumble Arena really worth that much? I played the first game on PS1 a whole bunch as a kid, and about 5 years ago I happened to see the 2nd one on GC for £8 at a Game I happened to be passing by, and figured I'd pick it up (not that I've ever gotten around to playing it). If it's really worth that much then... damn, I made bank lol. (Hearing that went a woke me up from such a nice relaxing video ahaha...) EDIT: I went and looked it up, and man, you weren't wrong; this game is a lot more valuable these days, huh. I was not expecting that...

Theres so many awesome games for Gamecube! Skies of Arcadia Legends and Sonic Adventure 2 Battle are the first two that come to mind.
The Nintendo Game Cube, My #1 favorite System, the second one is the Sega Dreamcast and the Third one the SNES
