ഞാൻ 17 വയസ്സിൽ ഒരാളുമായി പ്രണയത്തിലായി. ആൾ ഒരു narcissistic ആയിരുന്നു. രക്ഷപ്പെടണം എന്ന് ആഗ്രഹവും എന്നാൽ ഒരു തരം അഡിക്ഷനുമായിരുന്നു.എന്നെ ഇഷ്ടമുള്ള course എടുക്കാൻ സമ്മതിക്കില്ല. എന്തു ചെയ്താലും കുറ്റപ്പെടുത്തൽ, താഴ്ത്തി സംസാരിക്കൽ ഒരു വല്ലാത്ത അവസ്ഥ ആയിരുന്നു. ആൾക്ക് വേറേം ഒരുപാട് റിലേഷൻസ് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. അത് ഞാൻ അറിഞ്ഞിട്ടും എനിക്ക് വിട്ടുപോകാൻ പറ്റുന്നില്ലായിരുന്നു.6 മാസമേ ഞങ്ങളുടെ റിലേഷൻ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നുള്ളു. അതിന്റെ trauma യിൽ ഞാൻ 4 വർഷമാണ് ജീവിച്ചത്. Treatment എടുത്തു. ഇപ്പൊ എനിക്ക് 22 വയസ്സ്. ഞാൻ എനിക്ക് ഇഷ്ടമുള്ള course ഇപ്പൊ പഠിക്കുന്നു.സമാധാനമായി ജീവിക്കുന്നു.

ഞാനും ഇപോ 3 വർഷമായി പിരിഞ്ഞിട്. കേസ് നടക്കുന്നു. അവര്ക് ഒരു വിഷമവും ഇല്ല. Severe depression അടിച്ചു നമ്മളെ കൊണ്ട് അവർ suicide ചെയ്യിപ്പിക്കും. ഇതായിരിക്കും അവസാനം സംഭവിക്കുക. ഒരുമിച്ചു ജീവിച്ചൽ മരണം ഉറപ്പു

1 year ആയി ഇങ്ങനെ ഒരു relationship ൽ ആയിരുന്നു. Daily mental hurting, physical torture( 5 തവണ ) കഴിഞ്ഞ day breakup പറഞ്ഞു. അപ്പോൾ ഇനി അങ്ങനെ ഉണ്ടാവില്ല എന്നു പറഞ്ഞ് കരഞ്ഞു കാലു പിടിച്ച് പുറകെ വന്നു. Hello Madam, Please do a video on how to differentiate between narcissistic traits and narcissistic personality disorder. My husband shows most behaviours of NPD & his mother also. I think the reason is either Genetic or Over parenting. God bless you

Susan,the problem with our society is that the majority of our people have no concept of what Narcissm is,maybe we should educate our people about this situation.To a certain extent the persons who are responsible for this situation is the Malayali mothers who teach their male children,that their only responsibility is to start a family,after that they have no other responsibilities,these mothers teach their children,doing household chores like taking care of their children or helping their wives in the children is below their dignity.So the solution to this problem is to change the mindset of our Malayali parents

Awarenes about this disorder is the first step towards survival. i suffered for 21 years before i got to know abt NPD and studied the situations. Now i am not in a position to leave everything but continue with setting the boundary. But i am confsed about how to save my kids who are teenagers. Can you do a exclusive video on how it affect kids and how to manage them for a normal life. I understand different types of kids like golden child, scapegoat etc. Still i am confused how to raise them without affecting this.
