The house has been sitting on the market for 2 years at the same price now and is still not sold! Maybe the listening Agent should think about lowering the price because many people think it will never sell if it stays at 150.000.000$.

It appears to have been designed in sketchup by an intern in less than a day. There is not a single architectural detail in the house that wasn't on a basic spec house checklist. All low ceilings in living spaces, only 1 vertical space at the entry and the steel punched screens are left over from a parking garage. It's advertised as 50,000 SF. Where is that space? All underground? What is the point of buying this house at $150M that has nothing to offer?
