Thank you very much for this video, you have great videos the 1859 Bel Air was also terrific!! I just saw a video on this Stunning build last night but it was only half as long as your even better one here, and Love this Design and for how much Square Footage and level of quality materials used is so Evident here!! Wish more was offered like this, instead of the unrealistic asking prices for far less given in other LA luxury offerings!! MY favorite is the HOME THEATER, LOVE the high volume and a real proper Cinema that I wish other more costly properties would incorporate in them!!!!! Thanks again!!!!!!!🙂🙂🙂

Hi! This house was incredible throughout, though personally, I don't believe many of the finishes are as "luxurious" as they should be for that price point. They skipped out on the nicer stones typically seen in these high-end homes (marble, onyx, etc.) and opted for wallpapers in the main areas like the primary bedroom, corridors, and living areas.
Although wallpapers can look great, the designs and colors chosen for the wall finishes aren't very calming either and give more of an industrial feel to the home when mixed with darker wood, like they did.
They interior layout is great, and they did a good job compensating having no view with a fantastic pool/spa layout which is rarely seen. Hope that answers your question!

I generally appreciate most of what I see as I know the time and dedication, complexity, and coordination required to complete these projects. I reserve the criticism to myself as design tends to be subjective. :)

You just don't get those million dollar views built in the price here like others I've seen for around the same price.
It's a different style of home offering privacy rather than view. But I hear you, at that proce point my preference would be views also

The sad thing about this awesome house is that is has Z E R O views. You are confined to your backyard and that is all.
The asking price is also as always insanely over the top.
This house, if half as big and with very good views and privacy would go for 16-18 mil.
Increase its size to what it has and add good views and privacy and you could get 30-35 for it!
As it stands now, awesome house but basically a hole-in-the-wall placement its "worth" around 17-20 tops.
There is always a tradeoff between views, privacy... so it depends on what's important to the buyer.
I like the privacy and the view of the hills.

@@brittscott4673 2-3 houses on the ridge opposite have full view into that amazing back yard. You cant sun tan or walk around nude if you feel like it.
Not good for 35 mil.
