I think it would be better if you had a back wall that you could play off of and to keep ball close by. Ball chasing is a pain. I like playing in cooperation with other person to see how long we can keep a volley going. Great for getting fun good workout without so much time chasing ball. I think we were lucky to get to 20. I like that you play ambidextrously more easily without a racket.
This game looks fun , and seems like something to improve in precission for boxing

Handball is essential. The simplicity of it is beautiful. You just need the ball, anywhere is your court really.
