P3 games was the only games to have 3D models of Nata Tasei and Saturnus until Soul Hackers 2.
That's a awfully long wait for them to appear properly in 3D

P4 puts a weird filter over personas when they get summoned but the models are exactly the same iirc

@@Pystoria it's a vita quirk. For some reason a lot of vita games have that weird kind of filter/shading on characters, original persona 4 on the ps2 doesn't have that filter and looks exactly like p3 does.

I followed an outdated video from Fenix on how to make textures work, but that failed. I ended up asking in their discord how to install it.
You need an inis file called PCSX2_vm.ini that you can find online and put it in the inis folder of pcsx2. Make sure to enable the ''HostFs=enabled''.

If you're familiar with the textures on pcsx2, you just place those from the P3FES HD mod in the pcsx2 texture folder with a newly created folder called SLUS-21621.
If you downloaded the P3 FES Iso, open it with windows explorer and make a copy of the file ''SLUS_216.21'', and put it somewhere on your computer. Then rename it by adding a .ELF so it will turn into an ELF file type. ''SLUS_216.21.ELF''.
Open pcsx2, load the created SLUS_216.21.ELF rom first. it should say that cheats are being loaded and you will be stuck on a black screen. Press ESC, quit game, Exit without saving, and load the original Persona 3 FES Iso now.
The textures should now work.
Some edits that you might have to do inside the pcsx2 settings > Graphics. Enable Widescreen Patches.
Texture Replacement - Check Load Textures and Async Texture Loading.

Yes, pcsx2, it works on other devices as well. better to follow the steps and try it yourself, if stuck go in their discord to ask around.
