I figured it out. The system supports fat32 and exfat (larger than 2Gb file support). Formatted as Master Boot Record (MBR). I recommend exfat. The issue I had when initially testing is the usb cable was not connected to the usb data port inside the dash. 3 phillips #2 to take off the cup holder for access.

I don't need the backup camera or the stereo though, I will ask if the have Icon or Royal instead have just a gutted model no fancy stuff, just lithium battery, lights, turning signals . I'm wanting to attach my cargo cart in a back trailer hitch... any ideas on a newer release for a tough golf cart almost a utility golf cart? Thanks
Got a question. Bought a used evolution and with showing 36 % battery +/- and a week sitting again no battery power at all. The one thing I didn’t do was charge it every week. I showed 95% and over several mths with not a lot of usage. So charge at least once a week ?
I need to drain the oil in the rear axle of my 2022 Evo Forester 4 Plus. Can you guide me to the manufacturer's specifications on which oil I should use and how much? Thanks in advance.
Might anyone be able to post the instructions explaining how to flip the speedometer from KMPH to MPH? My son changed it somehow and I can’t seem to figure out the prompts needed to get it back to MPH. Thanks!

@@adamhurley2406 the dealer will have to hook it up to their laptop and tune it. My dealer said he would custom tune the acceleration curve etc. Mine gets very sketchy at anything over 25 so just be careful. It tops out at about 32 which is way too much. I might have it tuned back down. I had it tuned up when I bought it.
just bought my new cart and the speed control does not work.... the speed control button just spins and does not engage into low... stuck in high.... what can I do to resolve this issue
Do you happen to know what format a USB Thumb drive has to be for the data port (movies/music/pictures). FAT32 GPT partition? Does is support ExFat (larger file support). or NTFS? Also, if you have say 3 root folders like movies, music and picutures. Does it find the files or does everything have to be in root folder? Also, what file formats does it support. Mostly movie. MKV? I assume mp3 for music and jpg/png for pictures. They have the worse manual and website lol

this evolution golf cart are pure garbage i bought mines last year use it couple of time around the comunity park it for winter went to start it yeterday no power no where the baterry is fully charge i was told that the push start button was the issue call the dealer and i swap the push start button and the issue is still no power today they coming to pick it up because they don't know whast the issue

When connected Bluetooth to Pandora on phone volume is very low on cart even when I turn up volume on cart.

When on the speedometer screen, hit the volume up button. Volume up switches between mph and KPH
Volume down switches between odometer and tripometer.

My 2022 only has a max speed of 21 mph. Also the mileage recorder is way off….

Had them tune mine to go faster, speedometer says 30, but goes about 27-28.
How do I remove the governor so it will go faster than 25?

I have around 1,000 hassle free and really enjoyable miles on our Evolution 6-seater. So far, so good! Very happy with the purchase and experience

China, for sure. But they work great and are affordable
