I am confused between
1) A510 Dual Channel + Suction Mount + CPL Filer+ Samsung Evo Plus 128 for 16k
2) DDPAI Z50 + Samsung Evo Plus 128 for 15.3 K
I have one more question, can we get suction Mount and CPL Filter for DDPAI Z50 and is Samsung Evo Plus 128 is compatible with Z50.
Checking reviews says SD card will get corrupt in Z50.

I would prefer the A510 combination you have mentioned. Also, there is no suction mount for Z50 as far as I know. Evo Plus will work with A510.

I haven't tried it personally, but based on price and features, it's a budget option which will have moderate video quality. You can go with it if your budget is too tight.

For screen, Z50 is best. For non screen, N5 Dual. Redtiger too is value for money, if you are okay with upscaled 4K.

Z50 has Starvis sensor. In N5 they haven't mentioned which sensor has been used. In such case I would prefer the Starvis sensor.

why are you recommending camera with battery for Indian climate.? Battery bulging, catching fire can be huge issues with it in our hot summers.
Battery bulging and catching fire are incidents reported with smartphones. No such incidents reported with dashcams in India.

One more question, I can read on the internet that hardwire kit comes with low voltage protection but no one explains how effective that technology is actually? Can you please put some light on it as well.
N4 Pro 3channel has Starvis2 sensor and 4K resolution. This is simply the best. I would prefer this over Vantrue N5 4channel.
Regarding low voltage protection in hardwiring kits, it basically turns off the power to dashcam once the threshold voltage is reached, generally set at 11.8 or 12V.
I have tried this and works well.

Yes why not. But you will need two separate power ports, two separate memory cards, two separate app connections and when needed, the extra time to sync the front video to the rear. If all this extra work is okay with you, go ahead.

In 2024, I try to recommend dashcams with Starvis 2 sensor. They are worth the extra money. A500 doesn't have Starvis2. Hence it's not in my favourite list.
