Shit. I only have a lvl 100 sorc in eternal. I swapped out as much as i could. It's like i unlocked easy mode on diablo.

for the love of pete.. in every one of these... what is lowering the cooldown on crackling energy to near nothing.. ive tried everything and every build but i still have a massive cool down... could you please explain that?

Yeah as easy as that! The damage is ramping up to 5 secs after the cast , in the meantime you want to use dĂ©fensives to get your mana back and cast more balls đđ

Minimum level to reach this? Thinking about starting a sorcerrer
I would say around Lv 75 with enough Paragons and the right aspects :) even less if you have them early really!

this char is level 100???? none of the gear is roll with the right affix, thorn damage on chest, and +chain lighning on pants.... wtf???

Why would I need to min max anything else.
