In the entire street, those kids were following Kylie WITHOUT touching her, and she still have the audacy to ignore them like they weren't there, so the girl slightly touch her to focus her attention, and the only thing that she says is that. That piss off anybody, because there's plenty of celebrity's who at least says hi to his fans even that she or he doesn't have the time to make a selfie with you, but she's a celebrity by doing anything with THAT RIDICULOUS amount of money, and she can even treat those kids well. Those kids gonna learn that if a random person touch your shoulder to focus your attention, you're gonna be bratty and a bitch, and that's NO OK. You have to be polite even you don't know the person, because is a signal that you have been raised well. And yes, I have the time to make this response because I get very mad when people, get's pissed off when a celebrity makes a bratty action, and you try to make her action as a good one, when the things that she does are not good. The paparazzi one, that one she have the right to say that, because that was disrespectful, but with the kids, that's no ok.

I think her reactions with the paparazzi and people shoving cameras in her face unsolicited is justifiable. I mean, I can't imagine how intrusive that must feel. Also, I think her reaction towards the little girl was warranted too...she shouldn't have been grabbing her in the first place.
