Making people feel bad about their appearance, your right, its NOT natural, and it gives a false narrative of what women ''should'' look like. However telling someone they arent ''gorgeous'' or telling someone that they are ugly will not make them STOP getting cosmetic proceedures done, it will only make them feel more self conscious and thus continue getting work done. Its unhealthy and disrespectful comments such as these in the comment sections that ensure this industry survives. EVERYBODY is Beautiful!

Actually when i am riding on the subway or public transit and have a long ride, I often look at each individual person and find at least one thing that i find beautiful about them. On a human level.
Having tones of time to think and ponder helps.
When you just put things in the back of your head such as: Gender, social status, financial status, clothing, race, size, age, all of that, and put yourself on the SAME level as that person, or everyone around you, and have upmost compassion, humanity and and just observe on a HUMAN level VS all the examples i gave, you start to find endless & countless forms and existence of beauty in every human being.
Maybe its the woman across from you, and you admire her natural hair tied into braids, maybe its the elderly person beside you that has the most charming and captivating smile ever. Maybe its the person that provided a seat for you when no one else would. The pregnant lady carrying a child in her womb, or the mother wearing run down track pants and an oversize T-shirt, with her infant in her arms, and wearing her hair up in corn-rows. The beauty of that scene, the naturality of it. Maybe the man with his exquisite/immaculate Royal blue turban, almost wrapped to a perfection. Literally, every single FINE detail about each and every person, every scene, just observe, throw your pride out the window and just observe. Put yourself on the same level as every other person around you, a human level. And i guarantee you will find beauty in EVERY single person.
But also, dont forget to acknowledge and tell that person from time to time. It makes you feel better about yourself and will put a smile on your face, you feel accomplished, but you may just make somebodies life for a single compliment! ''Hey, you have really beautiful eyes or lips.'' - ''Hey, That color really looks nice on you.'' -''You have the most beautiful skin ever'' Even a simple SMILE can go a long way.
