I am using Native by Urban company for last 6 months. I had earlier used both Aquaguard and Kent but both comes with a very high maintenance costs whereas Urban company has free service and requires no service for first 2 years and service technician is very professional.

The company relies on 3rd party service. We have to mail the faulty parts and they replace them but we have to bear to and fro courier charges which is one more burden and waste of time
Acquaguard water purifier very very poor service. Don't buy acquaguard water purifier brand in future. Service is least very poor. Since the service very poor, don't take any AMC from the acquaguard.

My genuine advise , Please don't buy Urban Compnay Native Water Purifier. I regret buying it as post sales service is pathetic horrible. It takes months together to get professional assigned itself , forget about service.
Not at all good, withing 2 weeks tap got broke and no spares. It is very big problem on service. I am using since 8 months. 3 times called for service no one will attend. No escaltion matrix for UC. pathetic service
Never Don't Buy or Rent Livepure Water purifier, very rude technical staff. Dont know how to apeak with customer even very bad customer care Executives. Actually they are not to be called as executives. Worest service in Hyderabad Kukatpally.

Best video with comparisons, very easy to understand and take a decision.
The best part is the tabular view which makes comparison easy.
I used livepure on rental basis, for 2 years, surrendering this device and getting back deposit is big issue
Don't buy Livpure very poor service. They will never come for even installation for more a week after purchase
Acquaguard water purifier very very poor service. Don't buy acquaguard water purifier brand in future. Service is least very poor. Since the service very poor, don't take any AMC from the acquaguard.
