- I keep getting asked if being a Notary public is worth it in 2023. Although real estate is slow and mortgage rates are high there's still money to be made in general notary work. It can be profitable if you apply yourself. Loan Signing has gained popularity in the past 3 years but being a Notary Public is the basic foundation for being a successful loan signing agent. Getting your notary commission in California is easier when you have a step-by-step guide- like this video. Hopefully loan signing will pick up in the middle of 2024 and you'll be ready to go once you obtain your notary commission.

snapdocs is a big one. It also depends where you live.
do u need to take the live scan before or after the course i thought you could take the exam first then do the application then livescan??
