Highly recommend using plastic legal size document folders. I carry a wide tote and unfortunately i got caught in a random but brief rain storm while walking inside a clients home and fortunately all of my paper documents stayed dried. Great video and new sub!!!
@@roseb3802 haha i can only imagine! I got mines from Staples. It’s the flap envelope version with a string tie in the front. The zipper version works well too but if you have a massive refi package you’ll have to shimmy it in carefully so that the papers don’t bent, rip or accidentally get caught in the zipper.

Luckily I've been in real estate agent for years so I'm pretty familiar with the documents. But, I'm still nervous because I'm used to just signing as a witness at the closing table while the attorney does everything. This video helped a lot with small details I wouldn't think about!
