To be honest, I would be so nervous if someone knew this many details about our office. Considering the value of all the equipment, as well as the amount of unreleased devices that may have been there, it has become so tempting for a lot of people to try to get in.

There had been multiple shots through windows. Locations and floorplan of that office must be common knowledge among fans.
They've done studio tours before. Guessing it's not a big deal, hopefully?
If you watched the guys who made this video they had the studio floor plans and that helps a lot when watching watching studio tour videos.
This reminds me of a time when I needed to make a quick 3D rendering in Sketchup of the warehouse that I work at (without blueprints), and a quick way to get building measurements is to use Google Maps and the Measure Distance tool. It works perfectly for the building itself, and then also sort of works for estimating room sizes if you have a clear visual in GMaps of the exterior walls for things like windows, doors, etc.
I can't believe how accurate that in-game studio is. Must have taken a huge amount of effort and time.
