PRO tips: When you eat any spicy foods, like mr cheong says, don't drink any cold water. Eat something crunchy. Like keropok or papedom, or nachos... When you drink water, the spicy don't go away, it just perfectly spread your whole mouth..

I had few(more than x5) eating the World's spiciest Pan mee, end up stomachache and sweating liked bathing. The most effective way to decrease the spiciness is their wanton mee soup(pork bone soup) must be hot which my strategy to put down the fire of the spiciness. Thrust me! Hot soup helps.
