dear james, yes you should do the build by yourself because when you were doing the roadster you learnt some new things and the car turned out amazing. and when you took it for test drives to see what was wrong you were able to spot them and fix that problem.

Last year, it sold on Cars and Bids for $23,000. My guess is that you paid $6,000 for it.

The battery will have a surface charge making it show 100, when u take that surface charge off with a battery load tester, it will show you the real state of the battery. Also, check your terminals, they could be loose.

But @thestradman step 1 i recommend taking the engine to the bin, buy a good motorcycle engine (many have used engine from Hayabusa and drop it in, step 2 for traction in snow and slippery condition add weight in the back and put a lot of studs in the tires step 3 put a plow on it and you are ready to plow the neighborhood.

I am not an espada expert, I have never even seen an espada. However, concerning the fuse box, I know exactly what those fuses are supposed to look like, because my ‘72 beetle has those same style of fuse. They are often called “European style” (or something similar), and all that should matter is whether or not the metal strip in the middle is in one piece or two.
