I think somehow they decided back in the day that 1 kilogram of water(at room temperature) =1 liter, and super interestingly =1,000.00 cubic centimeters. Makes conversion so easy. Not that I’m for the metric system, but there certainly advantages.
BTW, almost no one in America could tell you off the top of their head what a gallon of water weighs in pounds, and even fewer how many cubic inches in a gallon of water.

For the face masks, some people get their favourite face serum or non cloth mask and mix with a bit of water. Then soak the tablet in that solution and it becomes a face mask :)
or you could just apply the face masks you have and then just put the mask on which you apply hot/ warm water over it. :)

The neck "pillow" is actually used for stretching your neck, it works best if used while laying on the floor. My mom is a massage therapist and has the original one. it's helped me a lot esp after whiplash in my neck from a car accident
I have an actual neck traction thing(like a mini version of what they use at physical therapy), but it’s kinda bulky and a little complicated to use. I’d consider getting one if it worked(even if it took a few minutes to get into).

for the face mask it is infused with the stuff that is in face maskes so when you wet it it comes out
About the face mask: I saw a video about these and they made some kinda mixture, I have no clue what was actually in there😊, and it was just like a actual face mask you buy on the shop but like selfmade. You can probably (how do you write that!? Haha English is my second language😂😊) find some recipes online for that.

This week I have sliced my hand open on broken glass, cut a finger with a knife and finished today by slicing my right thumb opening a corned beef can. And through it all Jazzy and Nick have made me smile and laugh and made me feel so much better. Thank you Jazzy! xx
The neck thing is a neck traction thing. It’s supposed to help release tension in the spine and shoulders. I don’t think it feels good until after you use it for the 5-10 minutes

@@davidhunt6508 is it helpful? My doc recommended a traction machine for at home because I have a massive bulging disc laying on top of my sciatic nerve root but I've heard mixed reviews.
ssjkaycee try a sacrum wedgie or even a sacrum belt. My mom has a failed fusion and the neck traction didn’t release far enough down.
I wouldn't show my tangle teaser to anyone either, it looks nasty. So when I saw yours I thought of mine and felt embarrassed too.. 🙈

it's not. look up videos. it's a trainer to help you learn how to do the splits. it's not a one time instant split, over the span of a month you'll be able to do the splits more easily and it's a little bit at a time.
