Machine details:
Justins machine is a 2019 Can-am X3 XRS. It is 72" wide and 172 horsepower. Suspension is setup to the fox tune. It is running 32x14x10 sticky Maxxis Roxxzilla tires. It has a Evo Powersports Shocker cat delete exhaust.
Billys machine is a 2017 yxz 1000r with graves exhaust, tune, 70/30 gytr gear reduction, heavy flywheel, 30" maxxis bighorn tires, 14x7 5+2 Method 401 wheels, weller tie rods, krash offroad cage, bumpers,
sliders, warn 3500lb winch, and simpson suspension seats.
Joshs rig is a 2017 yxz1000r with Super Atv 4" 30% Portals, graves exhaust, tune, 30" maxxis Roxxzilla tires, krash offroad cage, rear bumper, sliders, 70/30 gear reduction, and heavy flywheel.

Liked and subscribed. I just bought a 2017 YXZ SS SE and love it, but wish 1st gear was lower. Would the portals make much of a difference or do you need a gear reduction?

Roxxzillas are the shit! I've ran 30s, 32s in regular and sticky and just got 35s 3 days ago. Running them on a turbo single seat rs1. I ride Tennessee and WV. Hard to beat that tire in those areas. Crawler xg is also excellent

1st ever yxz that I've seen that's trail ready. I want a set of 4" portals really bad... just don't have the funds for $3,200.00 lol.
We used to run 30’s on our x3 because race car.. once you get away from the race car narrative and go full trail mode the stuff you struggled on before won’t even be in the way lol
