While I started on consoles like the Atari 2600 and eventually got an NES and Super NES, I moved into PC gaming even in the DOS days and ever since I've had a hard time with controller-based games. But Zelda is one we love in our family and my boys have been all taking turns playing Tears of the Kingdom.
I am an OG Zelda player but the BOW was a new level of experience. Glad to hear your story

I really like Link's Crossbow Training on the Wii. Was very reminiscent of Duck Hunt. My then young son and I spent hours in his room playing together. I really miss those days, they were great. I even still have it.
My granddaughter and her partner played this game all weekend and she has been sitting with her feet up in the lounge today playing it on the big television. Oh, and she’s 25 years old. Love your work, Chris 🌞
My favorite Zelda game is actually a two-fer. Its Oracle of Ages and Oracle of Seasons because of how the game changes depending on which you start first, which boss you beat first, what friends you make along the way, and the replayability of both games, even after beating the second game and going back to the first.

Link to the Past! The SNES was the console I played the most in my younger days. I must have beaten LttP multiple times over. I simply could not get enough of it! Now as an adult, I am enjoying these games on a large projector screen when I am able to have some down time to enjoy them in a big kid sort of way. Soon enough, I will introduce it and other SNES games to my young son!
Adventures of Link holds the most special place in my heart. I actually beat it before beating the original which is why I think that it my fav.
My Son LOVES Zelda, I played the first version way back when. Easter Bunny brought the pre-release however he hasn't had a chance to energy to play it yet. Been out of school sick for the last 5 weeks and a kid who never finds an excuse not to game is currently not able too. We hope he feels better soon so that he doesn't get too far behind his friends. I love these. Especially the one off one. I thankfully got the tears of the kingdom Switch on the release day. My favorite Zelda game is from the 3DS, A Link Between World's.
These look amazing! Is have to say my favorite is Wind Waker for the GameCube. It was the first one I ever played and I can't tell you how many times I played it! It has always been my favorite.

I played all the Zelda games growing up too! I can't count the number of times I played through A Link To The Past on SNES. Breath of the Wild was the reason I bought a Switch. It so incredible the artwork you designed, great job! Real cool that you posted the digital file for download too.

The Wind Waker. It's actually the only one I've played. I didn't get too far, but I did enjoy watching my kids play this for hours on end.
The original is my favorite. It got me into Nintendo for sure…. And then Mario quickly took over, but I wish I had my original NES to play Zelda now! Great work Chris!

My favorite is Twilight Princess. I played it growing up and just recently played it again! I loved the story, the gameplay, and Midna. Though Wind Waker is a close second as my first Zelda game.
I love this, especially since now that my kids have gotten bigger, I need to find a new place to keep my switch and controllers. I've been a Zelda fan since I was a kid as well, but my favorite game of the franchise will always be Ocarina of Time. It was just such a change for the franchise going 3D and open world. I've gone back to play that more than any other game I think.

Awesome design! Legend of Zelda Link to the Past is my all time fav as I played it as a kid BUT Breath of the Wild literally made me feel the true joy discovery like I was a kid again and is forever The GOAT in my mind.
Just like you I was 8 and wanting a NES for Christmas. Well mom bought us the nes and dad went to toys are us and picked out 2 games to send me. Without him knowing it , he changed my perspective in video gaming forever by getting me what I consider one of the best masterpieces ever created. The legend of z lad in the gold cartridge. I never heard of it before this but once I put it in I couldn’t stop.
Great idea. Those look fantastic. Ocarina of time. It was the first 3d Zelda game and was sooo immersive compared to the other Zelda games. I'm 43 and I played them my whole life as well.
It was Breath of the Wild until I played Tears of the Kingdom. Now it’s TOTK! I love the open world atmosphere and how you get to explore Hyrule like you live there. Also, I really got into the lore aspect of Zelda, so I’ve been anticipating TOTK for a while and it has met and exceeded my expectation. (I’d love to get into more details…but don’t wanna spoil it for anyone!)
Ocarina of Time is a classic though. Played it for the first time a few months ago and loved it.
Fun fact: my dad is a fan of yours and that’s how I found this video. He sent it to me. He is a big time woodworker and my brother is autistic. He wears his hat around the house all the time you sent him.

A link to the Past is generally my favorite (SNES is still my favorite system of all time), but the first game I did without a strategy guide was Link's Awakening on the GameBoy!!! love these mounts my man!

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time was the last time I played a Zelda game, it was my favorite. I've been thinking of getting a Nintendo Switch for my kids (and me). I've heard really good things about Breath of the Wild, so I would definitely check that out. Very cool design for that console and controller holder. Keep up the great work!
Although I love BotW, and so far Tears of the Kingdom has been pretty awesome. But Ocarina will always have the highest place in my hear since it was the first game that really captivated me.

Every new Zelda game gets better. I remember saving chore money to buy the original. Dad played it and burned every bush and bombed every rock. Meticulously. JP and I have been playing Tears. Stunning. Hands down the most fun I’ve ever had playing Zelda with my boy.

These are awesome! My favorite Zelda game is The Ocarina of Time on the N64! My cousin had broke his leg and wasn’t able to go on vacation with his family so he stayed with us for a couple of weeks and we played The Ocarina of Time pretty much the whole time! My son is now hooked on Zelda. I surprised him with Tears of the Kingdom this weekend and he was so happy he started to tear up! Thanks for all the great content!
My favorite Zelda game is the original one. My mom would say, "Come and eat dinner," and we would say "ok" but would never go eat. Six or seven hours later, we would go eat, but of course, everything had been put up already. Those were some of the best hours I wasted as a kid. 😆
Ocarina of Time is not only the best Zelda game but it's arguably the best overall video game ever created! Man, the hours I spent on that game in my youth...
The Twilight Princess was my favorite up until i played Breath of the Wild. I hope to get Tears of the Kingdom soon. The mounts look great.

I haven't played it yet, but I think the newest Zelda game will definitely be my favorite. Story line aside, have you seen the amazing things people are creating in it? Vehicles, roller coasters, rockets, so many cool things. Can't wait to give it a try!

Chris, I have always known we were kindred spirts! First off, my favorite is the original "The Legend of Zelda!" because it was one of the main things that helped me make it through college with my sanity (even though some would say that I didn't!). It is because of Zelda and Link, my family of 4 kids and I have been loyal to Nintendo for 30 plus years. We have owned every console, including Game Boys, DSs, etc., so we could play the latest releases of the franchise. Since I played Breath of the Wild on our Zelda themed Wii U that came with Windwaker, I delayed getting a Switch hoping an advanced Switch would come out with the Zelda anniversary. Even though it did not and each of my kids had their own Switch, I was glad I waited because I finally pulled the trigger in order to play Tears of the Kingdom and was rewarded with the Zelda themed Switch. All my kids want to have mine now! It is something fun that our family has bonded over, and with them all grown and out of the house, it was special for me to pre-order each of them a copy of the game and of course, get the collector's edition for myself!
The new BotW is my favorite. The first kicked it off but the latest game just put things over the top!
BOTW is my favorite. you and I are about the same age and your Zelda story is almost exactly my story. I started playing the OG NES Zelda when I was 5 or 6. OOT was my favorite until BOTW came out.
Breathe of the wild is sofar my favorite but the original was the drug that got me hooked it always has a soft spot
Bought the new Zelda as soon as it dropped! Link is awesome! I would display that proudly. My favorite is definitely Link to the Past, but Breath of the Wild got me through knee surgery.
I still love the original game, graphics gets better, game play are more advanced, but, the first one did it for me.
Tears of the Kingdom, because it scratches that, " creative builder" in me! 😊

We love this game!!! Great video. Breath of the Wild was such a dramatic switch in the type of game it was. It got us through the pandemic. After putting the game down because of life in 2018/2019 this game gave us something to do as a family that wasn't just binging movies/shows. It introduced our kids to my kid Zelda life just like you. This really is a great and different product. Great job as usual!!!
My favourite game has to be Mario Kart! My kids love Zelda BOTW and TOTK. To be fair, I'd love them too if I had time to enjoy them lol

To do that on the laser would be fairly difficult plus the material is already just a quarter of an inch. I try to eliminate any extra steps when it comes off the laser is ready to go.

I have loved all the Zelda main games, but A link to the Past is the one I played the most, I know it by heart and I can't wait for my kid (2017, too) to be skilled enough to play it with me once again. But Ocarina of Time, Wind Waker and Breath to the Wild are just a tiny bit down in the ranks!!

I don't have a Switch, but I want to get/make a couple to my friends for the holidays. Does the Switch itself fit in the mount without the charging dock? Not sure if it is a normal thing everyone has or not and don't want to give away the gift idea by asking if they have the dock thing lol.

Favorite is hands down without question breath of the wild. The open world is amazing and the story just sucked you in. Also allowed me to bond with my kids over it. Never gotten so engrossed in a game, which was a good....and a bad thing :)
BOTW. My kids all play it now after watching me play it. They have now become better at it than me!

As if you don't have enough stuff going right now, another product you could look into designing are organizer inserts for boardgames, there are several out there already, but with quality you can provide, it is definitely a market you could take a look at. To quickly see what I am referring to, a quick google search of Wingspan organizer just to see the type of stuff I am talking about if you are not familiar.
