So definitely just been spinning up the dust around and clogged up the evap coil and valve was closed, trifecta 😂😂😂, lucky to have you there that's for sure, maybe should tag and wire tie the actuator opened.
Good job on sticking with it till u found the actual problem,also all the dust on the e heaters would have started a fire,still good techs that know what there doing

@23:49 left side fan blade is the wrong way round, the sharp edges should be coming towards the outlet :)
Working in that hotel environment, you should really put down some sort of cloths or sheets over the furniture and the area rugs. It would be a professional thing to do.
I’ve worked with these those units before. I’ve found that flipping the bushing of the motor around gives better alignment with the mounting bracket.
I called it to myself right away! I bet that disconnected actuator got closed, nice
