Can we thank Jennifer when she auditioned for Maddie, her first request was she wanted Maddie and Chimney to have a thing how or why who knows but Jennifer sense a spark between those two maybe because when she first met Kenneth she got along with him famously and Jennifer wanted to have more screen time with him and the writers wrote them as romance. I actually heard a rumor that the writers were considering matching Maddie and Eddie together there were both new in season 2 she was a nurse he has a kid with cebral palsy both their names end with ddie. The writers thought it was a cute idea until when Maddie pointed out wow he’s so cute and Buck assume she meant Eddie but she was talking about Chim and that was a Huge plot twist one of the biggest I don’t think anyone saw it coming I don’t think the writers saw it coming either but my theory is because this was so shocking and unexpected and us fans thought they was the cutest sweetest romantic couple, we were shipping for them since day one and we just keep rooting and rooting the writers kept bringing up more heat more drama more romance for them two plus both actors have great chemistry. We can feel the romance sometimes we forget that they are acting because they portray there characters romance so beautifully. I’ve been watching romantic kdramas for a while and I’m telling you this as pure and deep as love can ever be and here we are counting the days for those two to finally say their wedding vows and I do and they’ll live happily ever after with their beautiful daughter Jee Yun❤️💎🥂
I believe this is during season 2. Maddie moves to LA after escaping her abusive husband, Doug. Buck, Chim, and Eddie help move her into a house and Chim puts in a lot of security stuff because Maddie is scared Doug will try to come find her. This is basically their first meeting and yeah.
