Video shows pancake head screws, but also shows dry wall screws when installing. Can either type screw be used then?
Can this be used as a shower stall? Where can I purchase these?
Do you have research on wall panels?
Anyone have a comment about using this over a wall that has Closed Cell Foam for wall insulation? I saw something about having to have a "Thermal Barrier" to meet some codes?
How do you properly allow for expansion and contraction? How can I apply this to my layout?
What about the ceiling? Too hard?

how would you go about repairing a 12''x12'' piece if you need it to open it up?
Is there a trick to install the last panel?
Hi Keith, sorry for the delayed response. When trimming panels, cut off the tongue side (male end) if you are trimming the first panel. Cut off the nailing flange side (female end) when trimming the last panel. A putty knife can be a helpful tool to bend the face of the trim used to create enough space for the panel to be accepted. Remember to allow for expansion / contraction.
@@domtekbuildingproducts2852 Video detail and explanation would be very helpful. This video very briefly showed where a narrow panel was placed to the left of a door, but it did not show how that was fitted. Same as the last panel of a wall or ceiling. I assume there is virtually no overlap of the trim, is that the trick?
@@troyboyd3100 I watched near the door pieces install a couple of times , the j trim has been removed on the top then replaced after the piece goes on . Looks like last piece is a pita .

it must be a great feeling to spend hours in a plastic room? We need more PVC and plastic crap in our environment.
It sure beats the hell out of drywall. I cant tell you how many holes Ive repaired in standard drywall. I cant believe that the advances in construction methods and techniques has not been seen in alternatives to drywall.
Drywall is plenty shit for the environment, it's also the least durable wall panel there is.
